Credence keeps records and prepares a full set of nancial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Detailed notes accompany nancial statements so that the users of the statements can properly interpret Credence nancial performance. A management discussion and analysis (MD & A), as well as the opinions of the external auditor, shall complement all nancial information.

- OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

Credence ensures that benecial owners of ve percent or more of the voting shares are disclosed. Any corporate relations in case of groups of companies are also clearly identiable and disclosed to the public.
