Islam Mahdy embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at just 17, driven by a passion for creating meaningful hospitality experiences. Combining business strategy with experience design, Mahdy’s leadership showcases the transformative power of passion and expertise, consistently establishing his ventures among the top 5% in their destinations. Mahdy holds a BSc from Babson College, an MSc from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Ph.D. from Imperial College School of Engineering, focusing on the intersection of experience design and behavioral psychology. His mission goes beyond the mere creation of spaces; rather, he aims to weave the beauty and richness of his culture's art, people, and landscape into experiences that leave a lasting impact.
OSAMA HAMED
Managing Director
As Managing Director of Sindbad Club, Hamed consolidated Hurghada operations and led the club’s turn-around development plan with great emphasis on efficiency, productivity, and most importantly, quality. Hamed is a 1982 graduate of E.G.O.T.H. Hotel Institute, Alexandria, and has gained rich management experience at leading international hotel chains including Sheraton and Renaissance Hotels. Hamed joined Credence in 1992 as General Manager of Sindbad Beach Resort, where he carried out an aggressive expansion plan that brought the total room capacity from 52 to over 1,500 rooms. His application of international standards of product and service quality has won him the World Quality Commitment International Star Award - 1995 from B.I.D. (Business Initiative Directions) and World Quality Commitment International Star Award- 2005.
HEBA SELIM
Director of Serry Beach Resort
As the Hotel Director of Serry Beach Resort, Selim is dedicated to building an enriching experience for her guests and team members. Throughout her 20 year career, Selim has held various roles in the industry, including Learning and Development Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Learning & Development Manager at Emaar Hospitality Group, and Head of Operations in charge of F&B at Al Alamein Hotel. She has also served as Franchise and Business Support Manager at Raya Restaurants and Food and Beverage Projects Manager at Raya Holding for Financial Investments. Selim's expertise in human resources, people, culture, learning and development, and F&B operations has been instrumental in driving business performance and developing her team's capabilities.
AHMED EZZAT
Director of Sindbad Club
Ahmed Ezzat is a hotel director with a rich background in hospitality management, stemming from his education at the Tourism and Hotels Institute in Kuwait. Before his tenure at Sindbad Group, he honed his operational skills at Helnan Management Company, serving as an Operation Manager for three years. Mr. Ezzat embarked on his journey with Sindbad in 1997, initially as a Sales Manager. His exemplary leadership and strategic acumen led him to ascend to the Director of Sales and Marketing, before taking on his current role as Director of Sindbad Club. Mr. Ezzat is recognized for his hard work, cooperative nature, and resilience under pressure. His ability to build and lead teams effectively is a testament to his extensive experience and commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
NATALIA PIMENOVA
Director of Sindbad Experiences
Natalia Pimenova is a distinguished brand manager with a talent for elevating brands and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. A graduate of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2012, she has built a diverse career across sales and marketing roles, including positions at Uniastrum Bank, a passenger transportation company, Sand City Museum in Egypt, and Holipic Holiday Imaging. Over the past seven years, Mrs. Pimenova has significantly contributed to the maritime sector with Sindbad, advancing from Sales and Marketing Manager to Director of the maritime sector. Mrs. Pimenova's expertise and strategic vision continue to drive success and innovation within her field.
KAMAL SAAD
Director of Finance
Mr. Saad has been instrumental in the company's growth, starting his journey in 1997 as an accountant and swiftly ascending to the role of Director of Finance by 2020. Mr Saad he is a graduate of Mansoura University's Faculty of Commerce, where he specialized in accounting. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Saad has demonstrated exceptional leadership, transitioning through various pivotal roles, from chief accountant to financial manager, before spearheading the finance department. Renowned for his diligent work ethic, cooperative nature, and ability to thrive under pressure, Mr. Saad's strategic oversight ensures Credence's financial health and propels the company towards its ambitious goals.
MOHAMED TAREK
Director of Human Resources
Mohamed Tarek, an esteemed human resources executive with extensive hospitality management expertise, holds degrees from Ain Shams University and the American University in Cairo, alongside specialized diplomas from the American Hotel and Motel Association. His illustrious career has spanned key roles at prestigious hotel chains such as Hyatt, Intercontinental, and Movenpick, starting with Turin Hotels International. As Credence's Director of Human Resources, he has played a pivotal role in launching multiple global hotels, including the recent addition at Serry Beach Resort. Mr. Tarek, fluent in English and Arabic, excels in developing comprehensive HR strategies that enhance organizational excellence across the hospitality industry.
HAITHAM HAMDY
Director of Sales & Marketing
Haitham Hamdy has enjoyed a vibrant career trajectory, beginning with his graduation from the Faculty of Physical Education in 2000 and a subsequent transition into the hospitality sector. His journey commenced at the Rosetta Hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, where he started as a receptionist. His career steadily progressed, and his exemplary leadership skills propelled him to the position of Director of Sales at the Tropicana Hotel in 2012, a role he held until 2020. Since then, he has been leveraging his expertise as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Credence. Fluent in English and Italian, Mr. Haitham's linguistic abilities enhance his professional capabilities further. He is recognized as a fundamental pillar at Credence, integral to its future growth and development.

Director of Procurement
Mr. Bekheet boasts a robust and dynamic career in finance and procurement. He holds a BSc in Commerce with a specialization in accounting and has accrued extensive experience across various financial roles, which culminated in his current position as Director of Procurement. Mr. Bekheet embarked on his professional journey with Sindbad Group in 1991, initially serving as Head Cashier. He rapidly advanced within the organization until he transitioned to oversee the procurement sector as Director of Procurement, where he continues to lead with professionalism and expertise. Fluent in English and Arabic, his mother tongue, Mr. Bekheet is regarded as a cornerstone of Credence, known for his strategic insight and profound influence within the company.
