Credence operations are certified and compliant with the Total Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), which provide tried systems that consistently turn out products that satisfy client needs. Safe and quality products and services, fair pricing, and sound business relationships define Credence relations with its clients. 
 
FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO 22001)
Credence operations are certified and compliant with the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22001). It engages the services of independent international auditing bodies SGS and Crystal to verify that products, services, and processes meet quality standards and requirements and surpass client expectations. This is in addition to internal quality inspections conducted by quality control team members. 
 
FEEDBACK MONITORING SYSTEM
Credence maintains a monitoring system that provides on-going feedback on the attainment of service delivery or activity objectives. The system is built on collecting and analyzing information on the internal operations and developing procedures for periodically revising our processes in order to meet and continuously exceed our customer expectations. 
 
INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITS
All of Credence’s operations have dedicated quality teams that have clearly defined internal system monitoring procedures linked to effective action. It’s internal quality audit follows a process of systematic examination of our processes and results-based assessment criteria. 
 
MYSTERY SHOPPER INSPECTIONS (EXTERNAL AUDITS)
Monthly inspections are performed through the independent auditing body TUV Nord to measure the quality of our services and our compliance to quality standards. To ensure unbiased results, the consumer’s specific identity remains hidden.
